A lash perm is similar to a hair perm. It curls the eyelashes around the eyes, enhancing the charm of the eyes. The curling effect of a lash perm is relatively long-lasting, which can well bring out the charm of the eyes and make the eyelashes curl up.

What is a lash perm?

Electric lash perm works on the principle of cold hair perm, using cold perm lotion to curl the eyelashes. A beautician will select a suitable eyelash curler core according to the length of the customer’s eyelashes: a thicker curler core is chosen for longer eyelashes, and a thinner one for shorter eyelashes.

The procedure is as follows: first, clean the eye area. Then, attach the curler core to the root of the eyelashes, apply milky white glue on the core, and use a toothpick to curl the eyelashes around the core. When curling, the eyelashes should be smoothed out one by one. After applying eye protection liquid on the lower eyelid, brush the electric eyelash perm solution onto the eyelashes, especially the roots. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent the solution from evaporating, and then place a dry towel on top for pressure.

After 10-15 minutes, gently wash off the excess perm solution with a cleaning liquid. Apply the setting agent in the direction of the curl, again cover with plastic wrap and a dry towel. After another 10-15 minutes, clean the entire eye area with the cleaning liquid and remove the curler core. At this point, you will see curly eyelashes, and your eyes will look larger and brighter.
